ROSETTA holds a BSC and OND from the University of Port Harcourt.
She serves as ALIVE’s Finance/Admin Officer. She assists the Finance Manager in preparing regular financial reports and reconciliations.
She ensures that budget and programme expenses align with approved budget limits. She ensures regular monitoring, tracks and regulates programme expenses and retirements.
Prior to joining ALIVE, she has functioned in several secretarial portfolios within profit-making and Non-Profit making Sectors.
Rosetta is astute and shows professionalism in her work delivery as a Finance Officer.

DEBORAH EFFIONGDEBORAH EFFIONG holds an LL.B and B.L degrees in Law and M.SC in Peace and Conflict Studies. Deborah is the Executive Director of Arise for Gender and Livelihoods Initiative (ALIVE). She anchors and manages the grant-making Portfolio of the organization. She also serves as the National Coordinator of Gender Advocacy Network (GANET), a regional network of women’s rights groups with a focus on building partnership that connects Women and Girls.
