ALIVE has identified the need to constantly train and upgrade the capacity of its staff to operate optionally.

Trainings have focused on

• Contemporary Human Rights Education
• Gender Awareness Trainings
• Conflicts and Concept of Peace Building
• M&E Techniques in Programme, Development and Delivery. 

Well-entrenched Resource persons in each Area was selected to facilitate the in-house training sessions.
